1. Acceptance
By installing or using Promptuner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.
2. License
Promptuner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription tier.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time. Lifetime licenses are non-refundable after 14 days. Unused credits do not roll over.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Promptuner to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Disclaimer
Promptuner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the quality or accuracy of AI model outputs generated through the service.
